"So, today will be share one of the worst experiences with the Haldiram's as it is renowned, well known name in the market, obviously but the most disappointing thing is, Haldiram's on zomato majorly send the expired items and today it happened again, I ordered coffee and they sent expired and weird smelling coffee to me while I was working, and trust Haldiram's to order food from, I receive this along with the same, I ordered Chilly Garlic Noodles and received Vegetable noodles as if the customer is stupid enough to forget the taste of the same, and when we try to complain on zomato, they have their own tricks to not even revert to the customer properly, and let the virtual speaker chat, due to which the complaints are never registered, really disappointed and helpless customers are now, and Haldiram's is becoming more and more of a fraud rather a trustworthy vegetarian outlet."

"Good store. Food is good Service is quiet slow the person whose taking orders are serving orders on sweet counter which is not good . It took alot of time to place order plus he gets busy while taking order. Overall recommended 👍🏻"

"Complete thieves. Will bill you for the full order but pack only half the order. I visited the location and took some sweets for takeaway and at home discovered that half my order only has been packed by the staff there. And this is not the first time this has happened with this location. They will also not offer any resolution on complaining because they are well aware of it and are doing this often."

"The sweets were not fresh we ordered pastry and malai roll which were not at all fresh. Chai took ages to be delivered. Not too happy with the food quality."
